Uh Balam condominiums is the first of many projects created by Grupo Uh Balam, founded by Mexican-American couple, Christopher and Fani.

We met in California 7 years ago, work had us traveling all over the place. One thing we realized is we love a vacation lifestyle so we came to Tulum and are ready to share our ideas and designs with you, focused on bringing luxury spacious apartments at affordable rates having common areas to relax or share with friends after exploring the beautiful Riviera Maya.

We care about nature, so we had a Mayan ceremony with a shaman asking for permission to Pachamama to make this project and bless our path.
